When the crank is turned counter-clockwise, the 9ft. Aluminum Market Umbrella retracts back to an upright position and then continues to close the umbrella. The Auto-Tilt mechanism is constructed with a heavy-duty spring and is able to shift the umbrella in multiple positions.
